In the last episode, the infamous Drug Lord "Scorpion" had taken special agent Alex Hunter hostage on a remote island. Now, special agent Nicole Richards has been assigned to find her. To do this, she must pose as Scorpion's rival nemesis Serpent's girlfriend in order to get close enough to his organization. Thinking she is Serpent's girlfriend, Scorpion and his crew abduct her and put her through a horrendous ordeal of torture including fisting, cigarette burns, and mechanical devices.
